I’ve recently told you that I have installed Windows 7 on my MacBook and giving it a serious try so here is a nice feature I found about 2 days ago.
If you shake an open window slowly all other windows will get minimized shake again to restore them all.
However this looks more like an application feature than a windows feature to me since it only works with the applications that ship with Windows 7. For example it doesn’t work with Windows Live Messenger nor with Firefox but does with Internet Explorer 8 or the new version of Paint.
Although this feature is not the most useful I sure think it is cool, what do you think?

What happens when you mix Google and Angelina Jolie together? More searching! At least that was the case with us…
What you see above is a custom Google search page that we have built, with Angelina Jolie’s photo set as a background. So whenever we feel like fed up with Google’s *boring* homepage, we can switch to that one and of course get the same search results.

There are a lot of funny things in Microsoft Windows and, although I won’t call this a bug, this is one of my personal favorites. Let’s call it Disabled yes but Running

Did you ever notice that if you disable a service in Microsoft Windows it won’t stop ? Well of course if you restart the computer, or stop the service manually, then it won’t be possible to start it again unless you re-enable that service. However it is still kind of catchy for people who see this for the first time.
Now the best part of the story ? You can still do that under Microsoft Windows 2008
