Repairing Outlook personal folder

Few days ago, my colleague at work was encountering a problem while using Microsoft Outlook, her data file which contains all her emails was corrupted and navigating through folders and emails was very hard and slow! The size of the data file was around 4GB, so losing it would be disastrous!
